Coastal Waters Forecast for the Lower Texas Coast

Lower Texas coastal waters from Baffin Bay to the mouth of the
Rio Grande out 60 NM.

Seas are provided as a range of the average height of the highest
1/3 of the waves, along with the occasional height of the average
highest 10 percent of the waves.

.SYNOPSIS...An enhanced pressure gradient has prompted Small Craft
Advisories for the nearshore Gulf waters and northern offshore
Gulf waters this evening into the overnight. Small Craft will need
to exercise caution on all waters today and tonight on the Laguna
and offshore southern waters. Conditions will improve Wednesday
morning before the pressure gradient begins to increase again late
Thursday. By Friday afternoon/evening, Small Craft Advisories may
be needed on the Laguna Madre and Gulf waters through midday
Saturday before conditions begin to improve. There is a low chance
of showers and thunderstorms on the Gulf Saturday and Sunday.
