.DISCUSSION...Patchy fog through around mid-morning. Temperatures in
the upper 60s early this morning will warm into the upper 70s this
afternoon. Min RH values near 100 percent around sunrise will drop
to around 65 percent this afternoon and will recover this evening as
temperatures fall. Southeasterly winds are expected to continue
through the next several days, with wind speeds below 10 mph and gusts
up around 20 mph.
