* WHAT...North winds 15 to 25 kt and seas 6 to 9 ft.

* WHERE...Gulf waters between the mouth of the Rio Grande and
  Port Mansfield from 0 to 60 nm, and Laguna Madre between the
  Port of Brownsville and Port Mansfield.

* WHEN...Until noon CST Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller
vessels, should avoid navigating in hazardous conditions.
