  0 to 60 nm, and Laguna Madre from 5 nm north of Port Mansfield
  to Baffin Bay TX.

* WHEN...Until 6 PM CST Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Additional Small Craft Advisories are
  likely across the southern coastal waters Wednesday afternoon.
  Adverse marine conditions are expected to continue into
