SUNDAY...

* WHAT...Northeast winds 15 to 25 kt with gusts up to 30 kt and
  seas 4 to 7 ft expected.

* WHERE...All Lower Texas Coastal Waters including the Laguna
  Madre.

* WHEN...From 1 AM to noon CDT Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...A cold front crossing Deep South Texas
  late tonight will lead to an abrupt wind shift from southerly
  to a strong northerly breeze across Lower Texas Waters early
  Sunday.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller
vessels, should avoid navigating in hazardous conditions.
