The National Weather Service in Brownsville has issued a

* Special Marine Warning for...
  Coastal waters from Baffin Bay to Port Mansfield TX out 20 NM...
  Waters from Baffin Bay to Port Mansfield TX from 20 to 60 NM...

* Until noon CDT.

* At 1122 AM CDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line
  extending from 13 nm southeast of Malaquite Beach to 26 nm south of
  Packery Channel to 21 nm southeast of Riviera Beach, moving east
  at 30 knots. As the line passed over Baffin Bay at 11 AM, a gust
  of 32 knots was reported.  The line has strengthened while moving
  into the Gulf waters east of Baffin Bay after 1110 AM.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
           suddenly higher waves.

* Strong thunderstorms will remain over mainly open waters.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Move to safe harbor immediately as gusty winds and high waves are
expected.
