At 146 AM CST, Doppler radar was tracking gusty showers capable of
producing a landspout over U.s. Coast Guard Station, or over South
Padre Island, moving south at 15 mph.

HAZARD...Landspouts and wind gusts up to 40 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Minor damage to outdoor objects is possible. Gusty winds
         could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured
         objects.

South Padre Island, Starbase, Port Isabel City Hall, U.s. Coast
Guard Station, Port Isabel Lighthouse, Port Isabel Fire And Police
Department, Garria Elementary School, Washington Park, Boca Chica
Beach, Starbase, and Port Isabel Library.
