.DISCUSSION...
The scattered shower activity over the last 24 hours has resulted
in 0.01" to locally 0.25" of rain, with several footprints of 0.1"
or greater. A widespread rain event will occur tomorrow night
into Friday, with a wetting rain expected across northern New York
and in much of Vermont, especially northern portions of the
state. Unseasonably cool conditions will follow over the weekend
with more scattered showers. A return to warmer and sunny
conditions is on track for next week beginning Monday.
