.DISCUSSION...
Mostly sunny conditions will prevail today, though wildfire smoke
from Canada will likely keep it hazy. Heat and humidity will start
an increasing trend today. Highs this afternoon will be close to
90 degrees, with minimum relative humidity of 40 to 50 percent.
Winds will be light and mainly terrain-driven through the day
today and tonight. Wednesday will see afternoon temperatures a few
degrees warmer than today, but relative humidity levels will be
similar due to efficient mixing. Winds will turn to the south
Wednesday morning and remain 5 to 10 mph with occasional gusts to
around 15 mph during the afternoon. Overnight recoveries will be
around 90 percent both tonight and again Wednesday night. No
precipitation is expected over the next two days, but then shower
chances increase Wednesday night and Thursday.
