.DISCUSSION...
The antecedent conditions have been quite wet, with around 2.5
inches of rain falling since the beginning of the month and the
Mt. Tabor RAWS has seen about an inch in the last 3 days, and
about 0.05 inches in the last 24 hours. Wetting rainfall is
expected this morning from a frontal passage with scattered
showers and possibly a thunderstorm this afternoon. Additional
rainfall between 0.2-0.5 inches is expected. Overall winds today
will be light from the south-southeast 5-10 mph, but by this
evening, winds will shift to the west by 8PM becoming light and
variable overnight. Winds could become stronger and more erratic

values 70-90% will stay elevated throughout the day with shower
activity.
