...WIND ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 4 PM THIS AFTERNOON TO
1 PM EST THURSDAY...

* WHAT...Northwest winds 10 to 20 mph with gusts up to 50 mph
  expected.

* WHERE...Essex County, New York, as well as central and southern
  Vermont.

* WHEN...From 4 PM this afternoon to 1 PM EST Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds could blow around unsecured objects.
  Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may
  result.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The highest gusts will be between midnight
  and 6 AM Thursday, particularly between Ticonderoga and
  Keeseville in New York and between Ludlow and Strafford in
  Vermont.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Use extra caution when driving, especially if operating a high
profile vehicle. Secure outdoor objects.
