...WIND ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 7 AM THIS MORNING TO 7 PM EST THIS
EVENING...

* WHAT...South winds 15 to 25 mph with gusts to 45 mph expected.

* WHERE...In New York, Clinton, Franklin, and Essex Counties. In
  Vermont, Grand Isle, Western Chittenden, and Western Franklin
  Counties.

* WHEN...From 7 AM this morning to 7 PM EST this evening.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
  limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Strongest gusts will be along the northern
  slopes of the Adirondacks and along the shores of Lake Champlain.
  Areas that receive snowfall today will have periods of sharply
  reduced visibility due to blowing snow, so motorists should use
  extra caution.
