* WHAT...Temperatures between 32 and 36 degrees will result in frost
  formation.

* WHERE...In New York, Eastern Clinton and Eastern Essex Counties.
  In Vermont, Western Addison, Grand Isle, Western Chittenden, and
  Western Franklin Counties.

* WHEN...From 10 PM this evening to 9 AM EDT Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Frost could harm sensitive outdoor vegetation. Sensitive
  outdoor plants may be killed if left uncovered.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...While some cloud cover may delay frost
  formation, enough clearing and calm winds will support another
  round of frost.
