...Rain is Possible Over Subfreezing Pavement in Northeast Vermont...

A strip of rain showers has developed in the Champlain Valley and
will likely make it into north-central Vermont and the Northeast
Kingdom where soundings suggest precipitation type will stay rain.
Pavement temperatures in the area range from 30 to 34. So icy
spots on bridges, overpasses, and untreated surfaces are possible
wherever rain falls on subfreezing surfaces.

Precautionary/Preparedness Actions...

Use extra caution on bridges and overpasses if you encounter wet
roads across north-central Vermont and the Northeast Kingdom. It
may be icy.
