...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT WEST CENTRAL ORANGE...CENTRAL
ADDISON...SOUTHEASTERN CHITTENDEN...NORTH CENTRAL WINDSOR AND
SOUTHWESTERN WASHINGTON COUNTIES THROUGH 300 PM EDT...

At 158 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Bristol, moving east at 20 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Middlebury, Braintree Hill, Warren, Ripton, Bristol, Lincoln,
Randolph, Roxbury, Braintree, New Haven, Granville, Brookfield,
Williamstown, Bethel, Hancock, Northfield, Weybridge, Rochester,
Monkton, and Buels Gore.

This includes Interstate 89 between mile markers 26 and 43.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead to
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
