...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT NORTHEASTERN CALEDONIA AND
SOUTHERN ESSEX COUNTIES THROUGH 400 PM EDT...

At 304 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Burke, moving east at 15 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Lyndon, St. Johnsbury, West Burke Village, Guildhall, Lyndonville
Village, East Haven, Granby, Kirby, Victory, Burke, Lunenburg,
Maidstone, Maidstone State Park, Sutton, Concord, Newark, Ferdinand,
West Burke, Lyndon Center, and East Burke.

This includes Interstate 91 between mile markers 136 and 141.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead to
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
