...WINTER STORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 7 PM EST THIS
EVENING...

* WHAT...Moderate to heavy snow expected. Additional snow
  accumulations between 3 and 5 inches for a storm total of 7 to 9
  inches with 10 to 16 inches possible on northwesterly and westerly
  slopes. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph.

* WHERE...Southeastern St. Lawrence, Southern Franklin, and Western
  Clinton Counties.

* WHEN...Until 7 PM EST this evening.

* IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will
  become slick and hazardous. The strong winds and weight of snow on
  tree limbs may down power lines and could cause isolated power
  outages. Travel could be very difficult to impossible. Areas of
  blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous
  conditions will impact the Monday morning and evening commutes.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
