Total snow accumulations between 4 and 10 inches possible. Winds could gust as high as 35 mph. * WHERE...Southeastern St. Lawrence County. * WHEN...From late Wednesday night through late Friday night. * IMPACTS...Visibilities may drop below 1/4 mile due to falling and blowing snow. Whiteout conditions are possible and may make travel treacherous and potentially life-threatening. Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions could impact holiday commuters. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Monitor the latest forecasts for updates on this situation. If travel is absolutely necessary, drive with extreme caution.
