...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 4 PM EST THIS
AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Snow continues. Total snow accumulations 3 to 7 inches with
  localized higher amounts possible. Winds gusting as high as 30 mph.

* WHERE...Portions of northern New York and central, northeast, and
  northwest Vermont.

* WHEN...Until 4 PM EST this afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult with areas of blowing
  snow and surface visibilities below 1 mile at times. The hazardous
  conditions could impact the Wednesday morning commute.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...A sharp elevation dependent snowfall is
  occurring from the valley floors to mountains summits. Snowfall
  rates have largely peaked, but consistent snow will continue
  through this morning.
