* WHAT...Lake effect snow. Additional snow accumulations between 1
  and 3 inches for a storm total of 2 to 5 inches.

* WHERE...Southeastern St. Lawrence and Southwestern St. Lawrence
  Counties.

* WHEN...Until 4 PM EST this afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
  conditions could impact the morning commute.
