Fire Weather Planning Forecast for Western New York
National Weather Service Buffalo NY
1004 AM EDT Wed Jun 25 2025

.DISCUSSION...
A weak cold front will drop south across the Buffalo forecast area
through the morning today, providing some relief to the warmer
temperatures of the past few days. Some showers and thunderstorms
are expected along the cold front, especially for this afternoon as
the front stalls near and just south of the NY/PA border. The end of
the week into the first half of the weekend will become more active
as a disturbance tracks near the region.
