  Lake Ontario from near Sodus Bay to Selkirk Shores State Park...

* Until 400 AM EDT.

* At 314 AM EDT, a shower capable of producing waterspouts was
  located 8 nm west of Oswego, moving east at 20 knots.

  HAZARD...Waterspouts and wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Waterspouts can create locally hazardous seas. Small
           craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
           suddenly higher waves.

* Locations impacted include...
  Selkirk Beach, Oswego, Mexico Bay, and Fair Haven.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Move to safe harbor until hazardous weather passes.

Waterspouts can easily overturn boats and create locally hazardous
seas. Seek safe harbor immediately.
