* Until 1230 PM EDT.

* At 1131 AM EDT, a cluster of showers and thunderstorms capable of
  producing waterspouts was located near Oswego, moving east at 20
  knots.

  HAZARD...Waterspouts.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Waterspouts can easily overturn boats and create locally
           hazardous seas.

* Locations impacted include...
  Selkirk Beach, Oswego, Mexico Bay, Southwick Beach, North Pond, and
  Sandy Island Beach.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Thunderstorms can produce sudden waterspouts. Waterspouts can easily
overturn boats and create locally hazardous seas. Seek safe harbor
immediately.
