NORTHWESTERN LIVINGSTON...GENESEE AND SOUTHWESTERN MONROE COUNTIES...

At 455 PM EDT, an area of heavy rain was located along a line
extending from near Niagara Falls to near Le Roy. Movement was east
at 20 mph.

Locations impacted include...
Buffalo, Cheektowaga, West Seneca, Clarence, Lackawanna, Batavia,
Kenmore, Depew, Amherst, Tonawanda, Lancaster, Geneseo,
Williamsville, Darien Lakes State Park, Grand Island, Elma, Marilla,
Le Roy, Pembroke, and Avon.

This includes the following highways...
 Interstate 390 between exits 8 and 10.
 Interstate 90 between exits 47 and 56.

Torrential rainfall is occurring with these storms and may lead to
localized flooding. Up to an inch of additional rainfall is possible
within the area. Do not drive your vehicle through any flooded
roadways.
