Heavy rainfall may cause flash flooding and debris flows over and near the Elk Fire Burn Scar. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Thunderstorms have the potential to produce locally heavy rainfall through this evening. Heavy precipitation would be problematic in areas with already saturated ground.
