A disturbance brings a chance for showers to south central Montana and the Gallatin/Beartooth/Absaroka Ranges this afternoon and evening...but the chance of wetting rainfall remains under 15%, the exception being the high country where there is a 30% chance of wetting precipitation. Temperatures warm up into the mid to upper 80s, with minimum RH values in the 25 to 35 percent range west to upper teens east. Monday looks dry and very warm with mid to upper 80s and possibly a few lower 90 degree readings. RH values generally range 20 to 30 percent Monday afternoon. Temperatures gradually trend down and minimum RH values steadily move higher Tuesday through Friday, with the chance of precipitation also increasing. No widespread strong wind periods over the coming week, however the low level jet will return over southeast Montana and the eastern Dakotas at midweek.
