A few thunderstorms (mix wet/dry) will be over mainly the southern half of the district this afternoon into early evening. A quiet overnight expected, with strong RH recoveries outside of foothills zones where thermal belts will stay in the 50 percent range. A Pacific front will move through the area late Monday with an increased chance for mainly wet thunderstorms (a few may be severe). Ahead of the front temperatures reach the lower 90s but easterly winds will keep RH values in the 25 to 35 percent range. Westerly flow will push RH values lower Tuesday and Wednesday, with continued thermal belt dryness, and provide mainly dry conditions. Another stronger Pacific system begins to impact the area Thursday afternoon with increasing shower and thunderstorm chances. Temperatures Friday through Sunday may stay in the 70s for highs with this system along with good wetting rain chances Thursday night into Saturday.
