While winds on the ridgetops are very strong, lighter terrain
driven winds will exist on the valley bottom today and tonight.
Expect upvalley wind gusts to 25 mph today, with a shift back to
downvalley this evening. Winds at higher elevations will remain
westerly. Occasional snow shower activity will reduce visibility
and obscure the surrounding higher terrain at times.
