is over the Pryors/Bighorns and on the WY side of the border, but
any nearby storm has the potential to produce erratic winds to 40
mph at the fire. Otherwise, winds should remain easterly. There is
a greater risk of wet thunderstorms Wednesday afternoon & evening.
