Look for southwest/west winds 10-15 mph early, increasing by late
morning with gusts over 30 mph likely in the afternoon. There is
a slight chance of snow...but we are only expecting flurries to a
very light dusting at best. Wednesday night will be mostly clear
with brisk west wind. Look for increasing clouds Thursday with
somewhat lighter winds. BT
