.DISCUSSION...
An approaching clipper system from the north will bring breezy
northwest winds (gusts 20-25 mph) on Tuesday then accumulating
snowfall in the late afternoon and night. Scattered snow showers
may periodically reduce visibility in the morning, but after 3pm
snow will intensify, bringing lower visibility and ceilings (i.e.
mountains will become obscured). Expect snow to taper off early
Wednesday after 2-4 inches of accumulation.

                    the morning, then snow likely in the afternoon.
