...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT SOUTH CENTRAL BIG HORN AND
EASTERN CARBON COUNTIES THROUGH 730 PM MDT...

At 658 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 13
miles northeast of Horseshoe Bend, or 23 miles northeast of Lovell,
moving northeast at 25 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

This storm will remain over mainly rural areas of south central Big
Horn and eastern Carbon Counties.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with this storm.
Lightning can strike 10 miles away from a thunderstorm. Seek a safe
shelter inside a building or vehicle.

This storm may intensify, so be certain to monitor local radio
stations and available television stations for additional information
and possible warnings from the National Weather Service.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 1100 PM MDT for
south central Montana...and north central Wyoming.
