...AN AREA OF HEAVY SNOW AND BLOWING SNOW WILL AFFECT SOUTH CENTRAL
BIG HORN AND CENTRAL SHERIDAN COUNTIES...

At 418 AM MST, an area of heavy snow with winds gusting to 45 mph
creating significant blowing snow, was moving south through southern
Big Horn and Sheridan counties.

Locations impacted include...
Sheridan, Wyola, Parkman, Tongue River Reservoir, Ranchester, Banner,
Big Horn, Rosebud Battlefield Park, Dayton, Ucross, and Crow Indian
Reservation. This includes portions of I-90 south of Lodge Grass
through Buffalo Wyoming.

The snow can accumulate at a rate of one inch per hour or more in
this area of heavy snow. Visibilities are as low as half a mile
at times with northwest winds gusting up to 45 mph.

Be prepared for hazardous driving condition, slow down and be on
alert for other motorists. Low visibility shortens the amount of
time you have to react to situations.

This area of snow and blowing snow should move south of the area by
530 AM MST.
