...AN AREA OF STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT SOUTHEASTERN BIG HORN
AND CENTRAL SHERIDAN COUNTIES UNTIL 6 PM MDT...

At 504 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking an area of strong
thunderstorms extending from over Ranchester to 29 miles southeast of
Sheridan moving northeast at 20 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and penny size hail.

SOURCE...Trained Weather Spotters.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
  Sheridan, Ranchester, Dayton, Big Horn, Clearmont, Tongue River
  Reservoir, Banner, Rosebud Battlefield Park and Leiter.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Heavy rainfall is also occurring with these storms and may lead to
flash flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.
