* WHAT...Snow an wind gusts 40 to 60 mph occurring. Additional snow
  accumulations up to two inches.

* WHERE...Carter and Fallon.

* WHEN...Until 11 AM MST this morning.

* IMPACTS...Expect difficult travel conditions at times. Areas of
  blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility. Roadways and
  sidewalks may become slick. The hazardous conditions will impact
  the morning commute.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The strongest winds are expected to occur over
  Carter County. Precipitation and strong winds will taper off
  through the morning.
