075 WGUS82 KCAE 140503 FLSCAE Flood Advisory National Weather Service Columbia SC 103 AM EDT Sat Jun 14 2025 SCC017-063-075-140700- /O.NEW.KCAE.FA.Y.0040.250614T0503Z-250614T0700Z/ /00000.N.ER.000000T0000Z.000000T0000Z.000000T0000Z.OO/ Calhoun SC-Lexington SC-Orangeburg SC- 103 AM EDT Sat Jun 14 2025 ...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 3 AM EDT EARLY THIS MORNING... * WHAT...Small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...A portion of central South Carolina, including the following counties, Calhoun, Lexington and Orangeburg. * WHEN...Until 300 AM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 103 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause small stream flooding. Up to 2 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... St. Matthews, Swansea, North, Pelion, Woodford and Thor. - This includes Interstate 26 between mile markers 127 and 141. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
