Fire Weather Planning Forecast for Central South Carolina
and East Central Georgia
National Weather Service Columbia SC
102 AM EST Sat Nov 22 2025

.DISCUSSION...
Breezy west-southwest winds expected Saturday, along with
some scattered showers as a weak diffuse front moves through.
Winds will shift out of the north by Sunday morning,
bringing cooler-dry weather for Sunday-Monday. South-southeast
winds strengthen Tuesday ahead of the next front which will
bring elevated rain chances for the middle of the week. This
strong front will eventually push through for late week and
into the weekend, with a notable wind shift and much drier
airmass filling in.

Fog potential tonight: Fog not expected tonight.
