Fire Weather Planning Forecast for Central South Carolina
and East Central Georgia
National Weather Service Columbia SC
1228 PM EST Sat Nov 15 2025

.DISCUSSION...
A dry cold front moving through the district on Sunday brings
gusty winds late tonight into Sunday. As the front passes, winds
shift from southwest to northwest as the dry cold front moves
through. Drier air moves in behind the boundary with cooler
temperatures on Monday. This will likely be the driest day of the
next seven with critically low RH values expected in the
afternoon. Afternoon RH values gradually increase after that, with
the next chance for any rain holds off until the end of the week
ahead.

Fog potential tonight: Fog not expected.
