Fire Weather Planning Forecast for Central South Carolina
and East Central Georgia
National Weather Service Columbia SC
1209 PM EST Tue Nov 18 2025

.DISCUSSION...
5-10 mph winds turn out of the southwest Wednesday as greater
moisture return occurs through the day with minimum RH
values likely being between 40-50 percent. Thursday is fairly
similar to Wednesday, but winds are expected to become a bit
more northwesterly to northerly with a weak dry front stalling
in the area during the day. Dry conditions likely prevail through
Friday before rain chances increase Friday night and through
Saturday as a system passes. At this time, more dry weather is
expected Sunday and into the start of next week.

Fog potential tonight: Fog not expected.
