.DISCUSSION...
High pressure will be centered over eastern North Carolina by
early Tuesday morning. While winds will be light, especially
early, expect increasing southerly winds into the afternoon,
although generally remaining between 5 to 10 mph. While this
southerly wind will likely lead to a bit more moisture, expect RH
values to drop to between 25 to 30 percent tomorrow afternoon.
Winds above the surface expected to increase Tuesday night which
along with the dry air mass in place, will prevent fog from
developing overnight and into Wednesday morning.
