though a few gusts close to 20 mph are possible after the inversion
mixes out around 0900. Daytime humidity minimum around 47 percent,
perhaps a little higher closer to any rivers or bodies of water.
Winds tonight less gusty and generally less than 7 mph. There is
potential for some patchy fog development near areas of water.
