.DISCUSSION...The day will start off with a good amount of low clouds
and some patchy fog.  The fog should be lifting by ignition time, but
the cloud cover is expected to hang around for much of the morning and
into the early afternoon before finally scattering out. The chance of
any rainfall today is significantly lower, with the best chance for
rain remaining off to your east this afternoon.  Afternoon temperatures
will only reach the lower 90s, but there is still a good amount of
low-level moisture which will keep MinRH readings on the higher side
today, generally between 55-60 percent.  Winds are light to calm
this morning, but will be turning more westerly towards noon.  Some
fog formation can not be ruled out again tonight.
