.DISCUSSION...
High pressure will move offshore today, allowing light and
variable winds to shift southeast then south around midday. The
dry air mass remains in place and relative humidity values are
forecast to fall below 30 percent around midday, falling further
in the afternoon before moisture recovery begins. Winds are
expected to be stronger than yesterday and may be more efficient
at smoke transport, which will be an important consideration given
the gradually shifting wind direction this morning.
