.DISCUSSION...Should see a good mixture of clouds and sunshine today
as Atlantic moisture continues to move inland over top of north to
northeasterly surface winds.  With the increase in moisture, MinRH
readings will drop to between 50-55 percent, although periods of RH
below 50 percent can not be ruled out.  After having light winds
this morning, winds will be out of the northeast between 5 and 10
mph through the afternoon before diminishing again by sunset.
