.DISCUSSION...Although we are expecting a dry start to the day,
an increase in rain chances is expected from noon onward.
Scattered showers and stronger thunderstorms will begin developing
across the area by early afternoon, and severe storms with
damaging winds can not be ruled out from late afternoon into the
evening hours.  Winds today will be out of the southwest, with speeds
between 5 and 10 mph.  Gusts up to 20 mph possible this afternoon.
