.DISCUSSION...
Patchy fog possible this morning. After any fog burns off, expect
mostly sunny skies and hot temperatures at the burn site. RH
values are expected to drop to around 35-40% this afternoon as
light surface and transport winds prevail. Patchy fog is once
again possible at the burn site overnight and in the early morning
hours Friday. Moisture begins to increase as winds shift to more
southwesterly tomorrow as well.
