Surface trough moving through the area will be pushing lower
dewpoints in from the north through the afternoon hours.  Min
RH values will drop down to around 40 percent, with northeast
winds between 5-10 mph this afternoon.  Can not rule out a few
higher gusts between 10-15 mph around noon, then the gusts will
begin to weaken into the afternoon.  Towards sunset winds will
turn more easterly as they diminish.  Skies will be clear with
very little in the way of clouds.  With the dry airmass in
place, fog is not expected tonight.
