.DISCUSSION...
The nocturnal inversion will break right around ignition time
but winds will remain very light and variable in direction
through the day as weak high pressure sites over the region. With
the air mass still relatively dry we can expect afternoon RH
values to drop to around 35 percent at the spot location. Showers
are unlikely today but there is a very low chance (about 10
percent) that a stray shower moves into the CSRA area late in the
day.
