.DISCUSSION...
Tonight, expect very good recovery with RHs nearing 100 percent.
Isolated to scattered showers will begin pushing closer to the
Hancock County coast overnight but any precip mainly remains
confined to far SW zones. Widespread frost expected tonight
across northern Maine, especially where skies remain clear.
On Monday high pressure will keep areas north of Moosehead to
Baxter SP drier with afternoon RHs down to 30-40 percent.
While southern areas bottom out in the 50-60 percent range. E
winds 5-10mph north with 10-15mph south and some gusts along the
coast to 20-25mph. For Monday and Tuesday some rain showers are
possible but mainly confined to Downeast shoreline. A wetting
rain is not expected. On Wednesday and Tuesday showers are
possible across the region but are unlikely to produce substantial
precipitation.
