At 324 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated a strong thunderstorm, capable of producing winds to around 30 knots and excessive lightning. This thunderstorm was located near Stonington, or 17 nm southeast of Camden, moving southeast at 15 knots. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
