...The Frost/Freeze Program for Bangor Region Has Ended for the
Season...

Frost and freeze headlines will no longer be issued this fall
season for the rest of the Bangor region. This includes southern
Penobscot. After October 11th, frost is climatologically likely
and should be expected. Farmers and gardeners can still refer to
the frost/freeze potential in our forecast products until the
frost freeze season ends for all of eastern Maine on October 21st.
